I don't know where the interesting name comes from, but it seems to specialize in Hakata cuisine. This is a delicious restaurant where you can try Hakata specialties such as yakitori wrapped in chicken skin, unusual vegetable rolls with tomatoes and green onions, pork belly, mizutaki, motsunabe, and more. The sashimi platter was a bit of a taste, but the yakitori was delicious, and so was the meatballs. I'd like to go here many times, but since it's summer I've avoided hotpot, so next time I'd like to try Hakata's famous motsunabe! ”
